Directions:
- Add, heat 1 table spoon of vegetable oil In a pan. Add the chopped onion and cook until it turns translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Add ginger garlic paste. Cook at low flame.
- Add the ground chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and no turned white. Make sure to break up any clumps of chicken as it cooks.
- Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin seeds, carom seeds and salt, Stir well and cook for 7-10 minutes. Now add cabbage, parsley leaves and mint leaves. let the mixture cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once the chicken mixture is fully cooked, remove it from the stove and let it cool down for a few minutes.
- Take a samosa wrapper (Samosa Patti) and fold it in half to form a triangle. Apply a little water to the edges of the wrapper to seal it shut.
- Add a tablespoon of the cooled chicken mixture to the samosa wrapper and fold the top over to form a second triangle, pressing the edges to seal. Repeat for all samosas.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the samosas in batches and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the samosas and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Crispy chicken samosas are best enjoyed hot and fresh.
- Serve with mint chutney or tamarind sauce.

Making chicken samosas ahead of time and freezing them is a

- Place the shaped and filled samosas on a baking sheet lined with plastic paper, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Freeze the samosas for about 1-2 hours or until they are solid.

Cooking from Frozen:
- When you're ready to cook the frozen samosas, there's no need to defrost them.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying (On a medium low flame). This will make samosa perfectly cooked from inside.
